Error Code 8024402C

I need some help with automatic update. I am not able to connect to Windows Update website. There is some problem here. When I try to run update I am getting a weird error on the screen. The error code is - 8024402C. I am getting this update constantly. First I tried to disable my security applications which did not worked well. Then I had enabled ISA Server detection which is also not working.

To get more information on the problem just click on Start > Run and type eventvwr.msc. Hit ok. It will launch Event Viewer. Click on that and you will find information on errors you are facing.
