How to Change E-mail Client for "Send to"

I have moved and changed my ISP but when I try to use Mail Recipient it tries to use my old account and, of course, fails. I want to have Mail Recipient use my yahoo account. The O/S is Vista Home Premium SP 2 and I would really appreciate detailed instructions. Thanks.
