    No sound on Windows Vista

I'm new here. I hope somebody can help me.

I have a Windows Vista (Hewlett Packard). There is no sound on my computer. I accidentally uninstalled Realtek HD Audio Manager. The Volume Mixer doesn't work either. The messages I get say there is no audio device is installed? Do Ihave to reinstall Realtek HD Audio Manager? Where can I download it?

    I appreciate your help. Thanks.

Look in the HP website for Audio drivers for your model of PC. Download and
    install them.
