Documents and settings is not accessible. Access is denied.

As I was trying to browse got the following message:

Documents and settings is not accessible. Access is denied.

Cannot browse the folder even after I took the ownership.

    Any help will be appreciated!

It is normal if you are using explorer.exe.*Documents and Settings* in
Vista is not folder but junction of folder *Users* (see 'NTFS junction
point - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia'
    (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NTFS_junction_point) ) and has attribut
deny list folder/read data - it shouldn't change it.

You don't need browse *Documents and Settings* because everything you
have in *C:\Users*.If you really want explore *Documents and Settings*
use someone good file menager i.e Total Comander running with
    administrative previlliges

Total Comander? If vista is so good why should someone have to buy extra
software to do simple tasks like look for a file?
