Flight Simulator X Deluxe Edition installation problem

I am facing some problems with my Vista and SFX video game. I don’t think the problem would be System Requirements as mine is having Intel Core 2 Quad Q6700 @ 2.66GHz CPU, 6Gb RAM and GeForce 9500 GS video card. This is quite enough for Flight Simulator X, right? So what’s the problem during installation?

Whenever I try to install it on this desktop, it gives me an error message saying “error number 0x80040702 failed to load DLL: GameuxinstallHelper”. This error occurs when I put the second CD. I have tried updating drivers and installing as an Admin but yet the same results.

Well the problem seems to be with second CD itself. Try the installation on another DVD drive or computer to check Disk 2...
