Blue Screen on Windows Vista due to Driver Conflict

I am not able to fix driver conflict with Windows Vista. This happen when I was updating drivers of my motherboard after Vista installation. The system crashed in few minutes. The error was about bdftdif.sys. When I check the web about the file I found that it is related to BitDefender. I had installed this after Vista installation. But still not sure that this file might be some kind of malware. How to deal with this stop error and what are the options that I can try out. Thanks.

You can boot in Safe Mode and uninstall Bit-Defender. You must install antivirus at the last when you are done with all driver setup. This would give you a much better chance to protect your system. Because there are chances that the antivirus can block your driver files and cause this kind of problem.
