I keep on getting bluescreen on Vista. The error reflect some win32k.sys. I did not made any changes recently. It crashed on its own. I think there were certain fresh updates which were installed and due to which I am getting the error.

Win32 is a driver file. It is used by many applications and hardware. It looks due to some recent changes your system faced this kind of crashes. There is nothing much you can do. You can start fixing by accessing safe mode and then running system restore, windows update, and getting rid of anything new installed.
