Texas Instruments PCIxx21 Integrated FlashMedia Controller (H) on Vista

My system has Windows XP installed in the same. I have Texas Instruments PCIxx21 Integrated FlashMedia Controller (H). It used for media card. Now the same is integrated on my laptop. I ran Vista Upgrade Advisor to ensure that all will work after installation. It shows me no information on the flashmedia controller. While other stuff looks like they will work. I need some help to decide to or not to go for the upgrade. I want to get Vista, but do not want that any of my hardware will stopped working. Thanks.

See before upgrade it is worth if you can find the drivers. Because if that does not work then you would not be able to revert old settings back. Check your driver disc. Whether it has any information on Vista compatibility. You must stay a bit alert before installing Vista. This OS has lots of buggy issue with hardware drivers.
