It has been announced but date is not given so maybe next year for sure

It is expected in Activision's fiscal 2009 (anytime between April 1, 2008 and March 31, 2009) and will be available on all seventh generation consoles(The Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and Wii) and on PC.

after E3 i think their will be announcement of cod 7,8,9. who knows
