Checked the Sys Requirements for the game and found this

SUPPORTED VIDEO CARD CHIPSETS
=============================
ATI Radeon 7500 or greater
Intel i865
Matrox Parhelia
NVidia geForce2 or greater
SiS Xabre 400

I'm guessing your SiS 315 card is much too outdated to support the game.

My friend can run all these games at this setting at high frames.
He dont have any graphics card.
He has ibm thinkpad running at 800 Mhz win 98 Directx 9.0c

Need For Speed Hot Pursuit 2 Demo 1280 * 1024
Nfs HS
Nfs Porsche 1280 * 1024
But running demo of Nfs U2 gives this error

Try Uninstalling and deleting the game and then reinstall it.

Done that but getting same error when running SPEED2DEMO.EXE
Tried on 2 different computer running
Winxp and Win98

SPEED2DEMO caused an invalid page fault in

as i said before...the system specs are not enough for playing
a current generation game like NFS:U2...

you need to upgrade your memory (RAM) coz there's not enuf
of it and hence the error...

then i guess..you are short on video memory...
which can be taken care of only when you get a seperate
video (graphix) card...atleast a GeForce2 will do.

Remember, built in graphics shares your system RAM and
therefore, its not actually 256MB that's available to the
system...its much less than that.

U mean if hard disk has 3 partitions
c d and e
then install on d or e and not on c drive

Hey,you need at least 2or 1 gb of ram and a better video card

don't forget to get more ram
