How to find path in Spintires

Spintires looks very confusing to play at start. I am not able to find my way. I just keep on moving on any road I can see and most of the time the truck get stuck in the mud. The fuel also end up really fast. I cannot even see any fuel station on the path. When I go in maps I can see black area with cloaking on the same. The entire terrain is not visible. And there are objectives but they remain hidden. Why the map is having area covered with black color.

You have to play some starting levels first which will help you to understand how it really works. Now there is a way through which you can mark your way but for that you have to follow the road. Start your truck and hit F1 from the keyboard. Click on the place where you want to go and you will see a red line. You can follow your regular route to reach that red line where the objective is marked. In this way you can reach the place.

The tough terrain makes things very complicated. I had seen big trucks get stuck very fast and you have to keep trying to move them out. Sometime you wont have any option to move ahead. You might be out of fuel or your truck has just stuck at some place. You can rescue your truck and start your mission again. For that launch the map by hitting F1 and at the garage you just have to click on rescue the truck.
