error in splinter cell conviction "game.lostconnection.resume"

Hi guys,I am experiencing the error message "game.lostconnection.resume" in splinter cell conviction on startup (after displaying unreal game engine).After this error I have to click the button 'exit to desktop' with no other options.I don't know what to do and I really need a solution.Thanks in advance!!

Can you get into the Ubisoft folder and then delete the Ubi Game Launcher folder. Now get into the Splinter Cell Conviction files in the Steam Folder and then open the installer located over there. Now check if the problem has gone away or not.
