GTA 5 error msg? PS3

[WTFPS!]

Went to play GTA V today and of course there was an update... only it wont update.. it threw up an error msg about my model first, so I reset everything including my ps.. then I got this 80710723 msg.. found an old thread on here with a fix and it STILL doesn't work.. what gives? anyone know how to fix this crap? PS wants to blame my ISP, but I have had NO issues with any games up until today.. I even disconnected my phone and my laptop from my network and it still didn't want to work.. I'm extremely frustrated..

Try to disconnect the internet line from the router and then connect it into the modem directly. This problem usually happens because of router problems. Even I face the same issue most of the time with doing updates only. If this solution doesnt work then try to do a restore default settings on the PS3 and leave it connected in the modem directly.
