Ride to Hell: Retribution wont load after passing the beginning montage

Is it just me or somebody else faced the problem? As the title says, just after the beginning montage (kind of cutscene) my game is not loading at all. I tried even re-installing the game, it starts fine, loads the starting montage but then the same problem. It happens just after the guy jumping is bike over the helicopter in air. Can anyone please tell me what is the problem and how can i fix it?

You should try out complete re-install of the game because i have already completed the game but never faced any such problem. So probably it is your system's problem itself or any issue during the installation process. So re-installation will fix the problem what so ever. Remember, by complete re-install i mean, remove the game as well as its installation folder and all traces from my documents. Restart the computer and then install again. It should work fine.

Even I am having this problem, trying to fix since past couple of days but so far not able to get it done. Already tried re-installation thrice but yet the same problem.

I am not sure whether this will help but you have no choice rather than giving this a try. Just download this Diagnostic Tool from here, run the test and send the log to Deep Silver at techsupport@deepsilver.com. They will help you out with the further process. This is how one of my friend has fixed the problems with Ride to Hell Retribution.
