Dark Game System Requirements for pc

I recently bought a new Dell Inspiron 15z ultrabook which came with Windows 8, Core i7, 8GB RAM and GeForce GT630M card. Now i am willing to buy the newly launched DARK game but i am concerned weather this game can be ran properly on this system as i haven't played any game on windows 8 OS so far. So can anyone please tell me if the DARK is compatible with my system or simply let me know what are the system requirements for this game.

Well the system requirements for Dark are as follows:

Minimum System Requirements:

• Operating System: Windows XP
• CPU: Intel Celeron E1500 Dual-Core 2.2GHz OR AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 4800+
• Memory: 2 GB
• Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 330 OR AMD Radeon HD 6530D
• DirectX: DirectX 9
• HDD Space: 4 GB

Recommended System Requirements:

• Operating System: Windows 7 64bit
• CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E7500 2.93GHz OR AMD Athlon II X2 4400e
• Memory: 4 GB
• Graphics Card: GeForce 9600 GT 1GB OR AMD Phenom II X2 560 Black Edition
• DirectX: DirectX 10
• HDD Space: 4 GB

Can anyone please confirm if you can run this game on minimum requirements mentioned above? Because i have exactly same as the minimum config and i am not able to play the game at all. There are so many problems. I guess Dark cannot be run on those minimum config instead require the recommended one.

No there is no such compulsion. The game can be ran on such systems as well hence they have provided as minimum system requirements. However you will need to play it on the lowest settings to run it without lag or freeze. And if you are getting any different problem or errors than it would be due to old drivers or other reasons. You should try updating your graphics driver, directX and disable security programs and other such problems before starting the game. For better performance you should also kill all unwanted programs and processes running in the background.

You can do this by going to Outlook > inbox > Options > Content from third party networks and Select the option "Don't show Public content." Save the settings and you are done.

Thank you very much for the help Deward. For me just disabling the Public content did the worked. Unlike Ray, I didn’t required to disconnect the facebook from my outlook.
