Want to buy Xbox 720 or Playstation 4

Hello,

I heard that soon the Microsoft will launch Xbox 720 gaming console in the market? Also, there were rumours that Playstation 4 will also launch at the same time or so? Anyhow, I was wondering, when this both gaming consoles will be released, then which one should I go for? Which one will be the best among both? I also wanted to know, if a latest game is released from some gaming company, then on which gaming console platform does it comes first? Thanks

There are many rumours that Xbox 720 event will be announced sometime in April, so it means that microsoft will unveil its release date in the same event or so. Where as, Sony recently said the its new Playstation 4 console will be coming in Holiday 2013, so it seems that sony will launch the Playstation 4 in December 2013. The prices for both consoles are not revealed and even there are no pics for the same. However, for me, I am always a Xbox 360 lover and would definitely go with the new Xbox 720 for sure.

I also think that it would be wise to go with Xbox console because whenever we buy any games from microsoft or any other place, then microsoft gives us free points that can be redeemable for either purchasing games or DLCs or some other offers. I havent used any Playstation console till yet and therefore do not know whether Sony provides similar points or anything interesting or not.

I have heard that Xbox 360 will have 8-core processor with 1.6 Ghz x64 architecture. It will be divided into two modules with the same number of cores. The cache of 2MB and same will be opened using a separate hardware thread. There will be 8GB of DDR3 RAM as well as 32MB of ESRAM. The GPU would be running at 800Mhz D3D11.1 and is composed of 12 cores. The thread count is 768, that is not bad for a console. The accessories and details are completed with Kinect support, Ethernet port, HDMI, SATA-2 HDD, Blu-Ray 50GB 6x, WiFi Direct and related to hardware acceleration.

Sony will have five basic features in PS4 such as 8GB RAM, x86 architecture, a GPU-focused for long-term potential, the Dualshock controller 4 that had leaked days before and a hard drive instead of SSD. Inside the Playstation 4 will also have a custom chip based on AMD x86-64 Jaguar with eight cores and a GPU capable of generating 1.84 Teraflops of processing through a AMD Radeon. Its 8GB RAM used to provide GDDR5 GB/second of bandwidth. As for storage, it will be integrated with a hard disk with a capacity that the company has not yet revealed. It will be also equipped with an Blu-ray 8x optical drive and will have 6x/DVD Ethernet (10BASE-T, 100BASE-TX, 1000BASE-T), 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 2.1 (with EDR).
