there is no option to create a profile in main menu of batman arkham asylum pc game .
and also i cant able to save the game.

The game might have not got installed properly or its installation might have got corrupted. In both cases reinstalling the game will be a better idea, give it a try and post back if that helps.

even i reinstalled then also there is no option for creating profile

Before i suggest you anything, i want to know if you have legit copy of batman arkham asylum ? or you have a cracked version.
