Pokemon Emerald Hacking Help...

Hey I'm in the process of creating a hack for pokemon emerald and was wondering if anyone knew where i could get a map editor that allows me to change the PICTURE for the world map, I currently have advance map 1.92 but it only lets me edit the positions of the towns and routes. I also have elite map which lets me eidt the region map but when i try to save it gives me an error message.
I've seen it done but i dont posses the right programs for the job.
I've already made the map I want to use but I can't seem to write it to the rom.....
Someone please help....

Like I said earlier, I already have advance map 1.92, I appreciate you attempting to help, and I'm not trying to be a jackass, but can you please READ the post before you reply!!!

I want to edit the WORLD MAP not the map of the individual towns and routes...
