Pre-ordered Max Payne 3 and didn’t get bonuses

I had pre-ordered Max Payne 3 from Steam and I got it on the day of release. The reason I had pre-ordered the game because, it was written that I will be getting pre-order bonuses. The pre-order bonuses would be containing character packs for multiplayer mode, pill bottle item and special edition pack. But after I started the game, I was disappointed to see that there was not a single pre-bonus item with the game. Can someone tell me how do I get these pre-order bonuses for Max Payne 3?

You don’t get the pre-order bonuses directly. You will get code to download the pre-order bonuses. These codes must be entered in the market place or Social Club. This will give you the required pre-order bonuses. The character packs for Max Payne 3 contains all the skins of characters from previous Max Payne games. You can play using the skin of Max Payne from Max Payne 1 and 2, play as Mona Sax and other characters.
