Infected Liar in Linden Park in yellow Zone of Prototype 2

I am currently playing Prototype 2 for the second time and this time I want to collect all the Blackboxes, Field Ops and Liars. I am doing it sequentially, that is first I will collect all in Green Zone, then next in yellow zone and then finally in Red Zone. I have finished finding all the collectibles in Green Zone and now I am in Yellow zone. I am in Linden Park area and want to find the infected Liar that is present here. I have spent around forty five minutes in its search without finding it. Can someone provide me its location?

The liar in Linden Park, that is in Yellow Zone is towards the eastern coast of that city. The co-ordinates for its location are 406 x 1339. I am providing you with images of its location and how it will look when traveled there.
