Getting graphical glitch in Ridge Racer: Unbounded

Hello friends got this game for me and it is working very much fine and complete tracks in game, whenever I am playing it then it has not crashed for single time but just got infinite loading screen for some couple of time. But now I am finding a weird stripe of graphical glitches/artifacts, not knowing what it is and what it is called, whereas it is seems as oil spilled on the road. The glitch which is there is blocks light effects and shadows which is not displayed properly on that part of screen, so does anyone knows anything what is problem with it. I am thinking that it is bug in game and I would like to clarify that I am playing it 1280x1024 and anisotropic filter is set to maximum. Not using any special settings in any control panel. It is not a big problem for playing but I believe that it needs to be solving if it is a bug? Does anyone knows any method to fix then please do tell me about it. Thank you.

I am also getting trying to solve it with ATi Tray Tools which were having Catalyst A.I. but that is not helping me or others. I running this game on Windows XP and my friend is playing this on Windows 7 but he is not getting, but there are some people who are bother that you have installed newer drivers, profiles or CCC or not. Even the ATi/AMD is not taking responsibility for windows xp users, it is making for Windows 7, I think they should make for XP users who are using older cards so that they can get fun of this game. One thing which I have observed is that if you installing new drivers then game become very much bad and I have experienced it with FlatOut 2 with latest versions and it was really bad. I was hoping that developer might be working on this. I also think that problem which is happening is due to "lens flares" effect. So if you wish to reproduce this bug start race which is happening on night tracks like the first one in City Center then need to wait for light goes straight into the camera and after that press continue or even you can press alt+tab during the race.

Bugbear also surprised by the graphic point of view: the city is well built, with great detail and a lighting model that is able to make extremely convincing beautifully both races under the sun the night or at dawn / dusk, as well as cars, all of fantasy, have excellent visual realization. And even if the game runs at 30 fps, the sensation of speed is good and you do not even noticeable hesitation during the most hectic and explosive race. Very beautiful also the idea of presenting the information as the number of the current lap or the time difference compared to the first race, through written that appear along the walls of the buildings instead of the game HUD. Even if it allows us to have total freedom in setting up the slopes, since we limit ourselves to assemble between them even though many blocks and objects provided by the game (and unlocked as you move up the grade) the editor can be a good idea: I downloaded some 'of the tracks created by developers and journalists and some of them were absolutely crazy, full of ramps and explosives. I confess that, before you try it, I was not expecting much from this new RR: I looked like an attempt by Namco to copy the style of the most popular series and I thought that everything would be translated in a way substandard and lacking its own identity. Delighted to be wrong, even if the influence of series competitors you will surely feel, Ridge Racer Unbounded proves to have its own soul with a very satisfying gameplay, fun and with a high level of challenge. Winning a race requires excellent knowledge of the circuit and the full exploitation of power, not to be wasted by using it randomly just to get a speed boost, but it should be used in a more tactic to get the most out of shortcuts, destructible elements or to exit a drift a bit 'clumsy.
