Blacklight: Retribution becomes unresponsive/crashes after launcher

I am playing Blacklight: Retribution from past many days. After it was upgraded to close Beta, my game started giving problems. Whenever I clicked on Start button from launcher, the game stops responding. If I try to kill the process, an error message saying that the game has crashed comes up. I don’t know how, but this started only after updating the game. Can anyone tell me why it is happening?

This type of problem can be caused due to many reasons, maybe your RAM is insufficient for game to run. This game has two types of verification of user, one is normal verification and other is force verification. In force verification, the game starts while the verification takes place in background. If an invalid user id found, connection will be terminated during gameplay. In options, start the force verification; this will solve the problem if issue is related verification of user. Also you need to have around 8 GB of hard disk space available in your system. Check if you are providing enough space for the game to expand its system files.
