Server offline while playing Command & Conquer Tiberium Alliances

I got an interesting issue with this particular game Command & Conquer Tiberium Alliances. I noticed that server went offline with command error 1 code. I am not able to resolve the issue. any help to resolve the matter will be appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance.

Is there any firewall or security software on your computer? if your answer is yes then you should disable it and see whether you are able to connect with the server. Why I am saying because firewall or security software installed on your computer might be blocking the server. In case the issue seems to resolved then you should configure the firewall or antivirus software program to prevent the issue in future.

Could be possible that servers were because of maintains work? So I recommend that you wait for couple of hours and see whether it is making any difference in the situation. if still the servers are not up then you should contact the developer of the game and see whether they can help you out to fix the matter.
