Why I am getting Xbox pad inputs prompts in Vessel?

I have installed Vessel on the computer of mine. Recently I started to get an interesting problem with the game. Well I am playing the game by using Keyboard and Mouse. However I am getting an error message regarding Xbox pad inputs. I went into controls of menu but I was not able to get anything in the game.

Do you have installed any Xbox gaming controller with computer? Well the main reason why are you getting the Xbox pad inputs because Vessel is detecting gamepad. You should simply unplug all the gamepad from the computer of yours and see whether it is helpful to you.
