Can play PixelJunk Eden on 16:10 monitor

Hello friends, I am worrying that this game will be fit on to 16:10 monitor or not, as I was trying it to play it then there were black lines on top and on the bottom as it was not able to run in native 16:10 mode. It is able to run in the 16:9 modes but it putting black lines on to my screen, so how to fix it. Does anyone have the solution for it? Please help me, thank you.

I would suggest that you better purchase the 16:9 monitor which will be the best and also the proper solution to fix the problem. Where the 16:10 is the old hardware I do not know that why are using such older one.

The problem might be that the movies in 16:9 and also 21:9 are having nice aspect ratios; well for the PC monitor is really bad. If you wanted to have it for PC then needed to have lot of space vertically. Even all the programs which are been coming out in these days are having more space vertically all due to the ribbon, Microsoft. If you are not planning to go for 16:9 then it is very sad for you. Then do not mind about the black bars in games.

Let me tell you that the 4:3 is the old hardware, where the 16:10 is very much present and it is been used by those people who love to do other work on the computer beside watching movies and playing games all day. The black bars which you are getting it is the essentially make a 16:10 monitor 16:9. There is nothing to worry about and why to bother to downgrading to fewer horizontal lines and would say that you better take the advantage of 16:10 resolutions which are been supported in most of the games.

Yes it is absolutely correct, if you will keep it then it will give you screen real estate than 16:9 with a proportional screen resolution. I would not also say that is the old hardware but will be saying that it is non-standard widescreen. Where I am having the 1680x1050 monitor, so it is very much hard for me to notice the black bars. Well those bars will not been seen in the game and also it will not interfere but it would be nice that game is been fitted throughout the screen. I think you will be getting more black lines as you keep on proceeding to higher level when you will be looking somewhere above or below to latch on to.

I am having the Dell UltraSharp U3011 30 Monitor with PremierColor Details, so can you people tell me that it is really old or it is average one for games to be played. I am not getting to conclusion.
