Stuck on Alan Wake Episode 5

Currently, I am on the Episode 5 in Alan Wake. I tried a lot but there is not seem to be any way to clear this one. So I am posting this over here to have some information for this episode from you. If somebody of you have cleared this one then please provide your suggestion/information about this. I will be thankful to all the replies for this.

If you are stuck on some particular point of this episode then the bevst thing that you can do for this is to reload the last checkpoint. If this fails to get the problem solved then it will be better for you to just start the episode again.

Go to the car that you had visited in Episode 2 and find a ladder nearby. Destroy the darkness that is the ladder, activate the lever on the wall and climb to the roof. There are two flares there, so take them. Climb another ladder to reach the top of the tank. From there jump onto the roof of another building. But be warned that there will be more darkness in the area. The birds will go after you. Run to the other side of the roof and see the scaffolding is there. Skip the elevator and use it to close down to the bottom. Go with Sarah. There is a control box next to it, so press the button to open it, but lose some health in the process. Do not worry about it, for that will recover sooner or later.

Keep running with Sarah. Enter the building with her. The key to the helicopter is on the first floor in an office next to the main entrance. You'll also find a strong flashlight, flash grenades and a sniper rifle in the next room. Just take the keys you will see a scene. Sarah continues to follow and you will come to a park. Kill all enemies that approach and then continue until a light pole and leaving the park, where you will see a nearby road.

Go to the bookstore with Sarah. Go through back door and after that run to the flare thrown into the distance. Go to a playground nearby and go to the church in this area. On the front you will find a car and several interesting objects, so take them all. Enter Sarah in the church and the lock is damaged, when a group of possessed appears in the distance. Get in the corner and takes a hunting rifle. There will be two waves of enemies, are held the first normal, but in the second they will be some extremely fast, so be careful with them.

Just keep going and you reach a metal footbridge. Go get her and take on the birds that attack you. When you're done with them continues to move forward until you reach a ladder but you must climb.

You must use the nearest point of light to kill enemies with ease. After the fight, continue running through the dam. The road is narrow and simple, however, is not as easy to move in this part. Some of the bridges on your way may fall under your feet, so watch your step. You will meet Barry, Sarah and Weaver at the end of the dam. Enter the elevator. Follow Cynthia and examine the door to take you.

If you are completely stuck in the game then the best that I can suggest you is to restart the mission. Start playing that from the start and it will solve the problem for you.
