Alan Wake with ATI Radeon X1950 Pro graphic card gives ‘CREATE_PIXEL_SHADER_ERROR’ error message

Whenever I am trying to launch Alan Wake on the computer of mine I am getting ‘CREATE_PIXEL_SHADER_ERROR’ message on my monitor screen. Right now I am having ATI Radeon X1950 Pro graphic card on my system. any suggestion to get rid out from the above mentioned problem will be appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance.

As far as I know this particular game Alan Wake needs DX10 card and the graphic card that is ATI Radeon X1950 Pro is using DX 9. It could give enough performance however the graphic card could not be supported by the game itself since this particular graphic card is not having the needed feature. I have alos found that X1000 series ATI and Nvidia 7x00 series graphic cards are not listed into minimum system specifications.
