Difference between Alan Wake’s graphics on PC and XBOX 360.

I had played Alan Wake on XBOX 360 long time back. Now when it was released on PC, I saw it on on of my friend’s PC. I think the graphics on C are much better than they were on XBOX 360. Can anyone explain the difference between the two versions?

To explain you the difference one has to explain it in detail with reference to options in Graphic setting in both consoles.
Resolution: The resolution of the game on XBOX 360 was intermediate between 960x544 and 1280x720. As on Pc, there are multiple resolutions to choose from and to get it adjusted according to monitor.
The fog, smoke and other effects were rendered at 50% lower resolution and quality than that is available on PC.
V-Sync: XBOX 360 version of Alan Wake has ‘Smart V-Sync’ which automatically find the framerate to keep V-Sync on or off.

XBOX version didn’t have FxAA. Anti Aliasing in XBOX was up to 4x. Whereas Pc version has option to increase it up to 16x.
In XBOX 360 version, certain textures like the road with yellow line were trillinear filtered only. In PC version, the textures are Anisotrpically filtered.
The shadows cannot be compared, but the shadows in XBOX 360 version were of the level that is available at medium quality of shadows in PC.
