Not Received RC Rally Controller Reward in Playstation home

Hello friends, I have entered RC many of the times from the pier park big controller but after this also I am not able to receive the reward. If here is someone who also have the sa me experience with the game or solution for this then please let me know that. I will be thankful to all the replies.

This is not just you who is facing this problem. There are a lot of other users with the same problem. I am not able to understand that why they allow them to go out without the controller.
