Windows Experience Index is not detecting Flatout 3 Chaos & Destruction

Flatout 3 Chaos & Destruction is not detecting for Windows Experience Index. Following system specification of my computer.

Windows 7 64 bit
Intel Core i5
4GB RAM
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650 1GB

Any help on the above mentioned problem will be appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance.

Can you provide log fie of WEI? It is located at ‘%SystemRoot%\Performance\WinSAT\winsat.log’ file location. It will give a brief idea what is wrong happening on your computer.

According to me there is need of reset WEI on your system.

1. You have to launch Control Panel.
2. Click on Performance Information and Tools and select Advanced Tools.
3. Now select Clear all Windows Experience Index Scores and rerate the System option.

Try to rating system of yours again and let me know about the result.

I am not sure whether it will work for you or not but give a try to below mentioned solutions.
Click on Start button and enter cmd.
Make sure that you have launched the command prompt as administrator.
Run following command on the command prompt.

sfc /scannow

I am suspecting that antivirus package installed on the computer conflicting with WEI. So I recommend that you should disable antivirus package on your system. if seems to working for you then get any other package. I recommend that you should go for Microsoft Security Essential. So far I have not seen any issue with MSE.
