Low FPS in Wow-25 man environment

Hi there, my wife and I are running identical systems with identical video cards and drivers. The only difference is I'm using a new 22 inch Dell flat screen and shes using an old 19 inch Samsung flat screen. We have no problem running World of Warcraft on Ultra in 5 and 10 man environments with excellent FPS, but when we join a 25 man and the heavy spell effects from AoE or incoming swarms of adds/characters we both bog down to under 15 FPS and very choppy. We have tried turning the settings slider all the way down to "fair" with some improvement, but not enough for it to really be playable. We are running Wow at 1600x900 Resolution. We have tried to change the resolution in an attempt improve Fps but other resolutions just don't look right. We have not changed any of the default settings in Nvidia control panel because we honestly have no idea how to configure the settings in there. Any suggestions on settings in there that may need to be changed tohelp? We are playing with both vertical sinc and triple buffering disabled with the settings slider set as low as "fair". Shadow are set to low.

The older systems we replaced with this system actually ran 25 mans much smoother so I'm hopeful this can be resolved. Any suggestions on settings that we can change that might resolve our issues in 25 man environments would be appreciated. Thanks!

Our system specs are listed below.

    Dell inspiron 560
    Pentium Duel core Cpu, E5800 @ 3.20GHz 3.2GHz

Windows 7 home premium 64 bit (service pack 1)

    4 gigs of ram

    new 450 W power supplies

456 Gig Hard drive with 382 Gigs free

    Nvidia GeForce GTS 450 ... Driver version 8.17.12 7533
Total available graphics memory 2303 MB
    Dedicated graphics memory 1024 MB
    Dedicated system memory 0 MB
    Shared system memory 1279 MB
    DirectX version DirectX 11

The windows 7 Windows experience index has me rated like this

    Processor 6.6
RAM (memory operations per second) 5.9
Desktop performance for windows aero 7.2
    Gaming graphics 7.2
Primary hard disk (disk data transfer rate) 5.9

To troubleshoot the issue of your you have to go for NVCP.
    • Use higher AA sampling rate, anisotropic filtering level and reducing texture optimizations.
    • Also you should apply V-Sync with triple buffering.
