La Noire Need Help Please!

Hi People. i really need help on la noire on trying to fix this issue , i have just bought L.A Noire on disk from my local game store. i have installed it with out any problems coming up during the install. However when i try and install the patch the percentage goes up to 100% with no problems but when it comes to applying the patch it hangs there for awhile and then pops up with an error saying

"Patch Error Fail Message : 0 FileName (null)


does anyone know how to fix this please?.

i have tried reinstalling the game but put it back in the same place and it still happends and have also tried the repair via the setup and also tried running as a administrator but no luck on the mandatory patch.

Possibly the patch has been corrupted or so. You should try downloading / installing the same again. Also remember to disable your antivirus during this process. make sure to run this patch as an Administrator by right-clicking the LANLauncher executable.
