NO SOUND WHILE PLAYING Batman: Arkham City!!

I bought batman arkham city last week, and no sound in the game, i tried to do something to fix the problem but nothing helped!!!!

can someone help me with few steps

i'm using windows 7 ultimate 64bit
9800 gt
4 RAM

Is the sound problem with just head phone or speakers also ? Also just with the game or while playing any normal MP3 as well?

Till, than try out this solution:

• Control Panel
• Hardware and Sound
• Sound
• Communications Tab
• No select “Do Nothing” radio button
