The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim crashing and freezing

I am having stability issue with this particular game The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. This particular game is freezing as well as crashing randomly on the computer of mine. I don’t know whether the above mentioned issue is associated with the game or the computer of mine.
