Zynga Adventure World–The Gas, Food & Water Upgrades

Recently I have been facing problem about this Gas, Food & Water Upgrades in Zynga Adventure World. How many upgrades are there for each? The most irritating part is that it is very hard task to complete. All you reply will be appreciated. I am waiting for your replies.
