It is very easy to choose the Target Men and Playmakers. If you want to do that than just go to the "Set Pieces" tab which is at the right hand side of the screen and from there, you will be able to do that.

One of the most important most curious is that you can remove or add countries playable as many times as you want on your saved game. That is, the beginning of the season you can select the country where you work, without you are forced to make a selection at the beginning of your career, as before. They have also made significant changes to the system of transfers and contracts, including loyalty bonuses, and most interestingly, a substantial improvement in the contract system for the youth of the quarry. All this comes with a new interface for central transfers, more complete and with the possibility of laying down certain aspects of the bid to better control your budget.

If you have a fixed number in mind of what you want to pay a player every week then just sign a player to accept a fixed amount of time on your contract, you can use the lock to indicate to the agent or the player that this aspect the contract is not negotiable. Sometimes reject the contract directly, but other times they will accept and sometimes try to negotiate other terms. This adds a more strategic and more exciting for the whole process of negotiating contracts.

Someone will say at this point that the component was already present in the past, surely the right thing, but as we said the ability of Sports Interactive has historically precisely to make existing issues and give them a renewed utility: by adding new phrases for speeches, but also the tone of voice with which pronounce them, the talk during the match (just as an example) take it a whole new dimension, giving the player the opportunity to speak as if it were really present in the locker room, or leave it to his deputy to do so. But to preserve relationships on FM 2012 is not only the players, since the presence of their attorneys has become increasingly invasive (as in reality), forcing us to compromise to preserve the possibility of relying on the same agent for any business future.

The start of the time of year you could probably select the nation where you work, without you are constrained to construct a determination at the start of your lifework, as heretofore. They have additionally made huge updates to the framework of transfers and contracts, incorporating reliability rewards, and most interestingly, a generous upgrade in the contract framework for the young of the quarry.
