Bad graphics in Luvinia Online

As the title of this particular thread is suggesting what I wanted to ask over here. well I have installed Luvinia Online on the computer of mine. after playing the game for couple of hours I have found that there was bad graphic card in the game. I am not able to figure out whether there was an issue with the computer or the game itself. well any help to fix the matter will be highly appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance.

Looking at the matter of yours I am asking following question which you should answer.

Which operating system do you running?
What is the hardware configuration of the computer?
Is there any changes on the computer?
Do you have installed all the necessary drivers on the computer?
Also can you post the screen shot of the issue which you are getting?

In this particular issue I am suggesting that you should Adjust graphic hardware acceleration.

• You have to click Start and go for Run and then click on desk.cpl.
• Now on the resulting window you have to click on Settings tab and click on Advanced.
  
• You have to click on Troubleshoot tab.
  
• After that you have to move the Hardware acceleration Full to Disable all cursor and Advanced drawing Acceleration.
  
• You have to click on Ok button twice.
  
• Now you should launch the game and see whether it is working or not.

Well I think you need to reinstall the graphic card drivers on the computer of yours. if reinstalling the graphic card drivers not working than you should update the drivers and see whether it is working or not.

Do you have updated the DirectX on the computer? if you have not done the same than you should visit the official website and look for the latest version of the DirectX. Now you should download and install the same on the computer of yours. Well once you have installed the latest version of the DirectX on the computer of yours than you should reboot the computer. after completing with the entire thing you should try to launch the game and let me know whether it was helpful to you.

After going through the issue of yours you need to redownload as well as reinstall the game on the computer of yours.

Well I am highly suspecting that there could be bug issue with the game and I recommend that you should contact the developer of the game and file a bug report to them. The developer of the game will work on the same and release a patch which you can use to fix the issue which you have mentioned over here.
