I think that the developers require certain number to raid with. This looks like radiance for me. I really do not care about that but this really sounds funny that Turbine is removing radiance and adding the finesse. What’s your opinion about this?

It is not similar to the Radiance which essentially didn't do much also gate you. Finesse looks to be a product for the B/P/E system being not working at elevated levels.
