Call of Juarez: The Cartel error COJTC stopped working

I am trying to launch Call of Juarez: The Cartel on the computer of mine. Well whenever I am launching the game on the computer of mine I am getting an error message ‘COJTC stopped working.’ Let me know why the above mentioned issue is happening into the situation of mine.
