Pirates of Black Cove, Boarding option of an enemy ship is gone

When I started playing Pirates of Black Cove, then I was given a ship I sold it and captured a better ship then previous. On the new ship that I captured I installed the mortar from shipyard, but I am not able to buy any human catapult from shipyard. And therefore, I am not able to board ships also.
So now how can I change the mortar to human catapult again? Or anything to get that option back. Alhough I cannot switch between mortar and catapult, but I can switch to harpoon and back. It is not showing to buy shipyard also. So now what is there that I can do?

As you have got new ship, you have to buy all special weapons and upgrades. And if you are not getting catapult from current port then I will suggest you to go to Buccaneer’s port because, you can get catapult at the shipyard which is in the buccaneer’s port. Different ports sell different upgrades.
