I have seen the gameplay video which looks really good and watched that doing any task like engaging enemies, killing them, shooting them, knocking them out in the game added the XP for doing that task. So I want to purchase the game before purchasing the game I need to know about the game XP bonuses which are provided in the game. So please provide the details regarding the XP in game.

Yes the game will give the XP points to do the tasks but with what I know the system is slightly unstable in distribution of the XP. I have some details which gives you XP.
• 10 Non lethal takedowns = 500XP
• Ghost =500XP
• smooth = 300XP
• 10 kills = 100XP
• 10 kills with headshots= 200XP

The ghost bonus XP which is available in the game will help to get very large boost to the player and gives the ability to not get detected by the in the area. This can be you achive if you avoid the combats and take out the peoples.

You will actually get the XP bonus by taking all the enemies out without getting notified to them. Only that time this will get unlocked. You can also get the exploration bonus for the game. Each area has the different xp ghost bonus in range of 300XP to 600XP.so playing the game skillfully rather than just using fire will give chance to collect more xps in the game.
