Deus Ex: Human Revolution patch details

I have purchased the dues Ex human revolution just when it was launched. I liked the game. But the game has some problems while playing like lag in frame rate and loading will be also taking ages over my system. My system has passed the recommended game configuration so anyone knows about the patch is it coming or we have to wait for some time to get the patch for the game. Since I really need the fix which will resolve all the issue I am facing right now.

Yes the patch is out on the 25th august 2011 for the game. And available for download at official site of Deus Ex: Human Revolution
Some problems which are actually solved by the patch are
• A frequent issue of game crash at startup for AMD/ATI hardware is resolved
• Loading speed of levels get Improved
• some of the control fixes done like diagonal movement which is faster is maintained
• adjustment has been done in the mouse sensitivity

I have applied the patch and my issue related to the lag screen gets resolved and now game loads perfectly and not even crashed at the start up. so patch is working for me.

Yes the patch is out now for the game. And it is resolving some of the issues. But not all of it. after applying the patch the game has sudden improvement. Since but there is the bug in Motherly Ties which I think they are not resolved.
