Many of the novice rooms I go to have people is there from levels 80, 90 and up for unknown reasons. Perhaps just to feel good running over those of us who are still getting a hang of the game. One person in the chat mentioned something about doing it just to get more wins faster. Can we have rooms that only allow people who up to a certain level?

Someone's level doesn't necessarily reflect someone's skill. There are lots of idiots who are level 100+. A quite accurate way to know if someone’s "good" or "bad" (or just overall a losing or a winning player), is to look at how many chips they have, and how much they once had. For example, if you see someone who has 2M chips total, but his highest chip amount was 50M+, that means he lost 48M chips. This basically means he’s a losing player. - Yet again, some people just keep losing and buying more chips. Since you're new, I guess I can only advise you to follow Bankroll Management, and to always have 20 buying for a cash game table. So let's say you play 50/100 blinds, and you always buying for 100 big blinds (10K chips), you should have 200K chips in total, this way if you're playing good poker, you can never really go broke.

Why even rate players and have different table levels if anyone can be at any table no matter their level. It just makes me not want to play. And btw, you learn to win against certain strategies with experience. If you are only getting dominated by higher level players you will never learn anything but how to get taken for your chips. A lot go down to do challenges. When doing so a lot play bingo. Learn how to beat a bingo player and you will come out ahead.

If you are getting dominated why are you not learning how to stop an aggressive player? The best experience is to play, use different tactics and see what works to beat them. You need to change your game to beat the play of others; they sure won’t change in order to lose to you.
