How can i set refresh rate at 59Hz with Bastion Game?

Hello I am small issue on mine Bastion Game. I have installed the Bastion Game on mine windows XP operating system and everything on the system working fine without any issue but I have small issue on refresh rate of the game. Normally I set the refresh rate 59Hz on mine every game and when I tried to keep the same refresh rate on the Bastion Game as well but I didn’t get the any refresh rate option. Now I don’t what to do and hot keep refresh rate at 59Hz with Bastion Game.

As you said that I am using the AMD card but this solution has been worked for my friend mine friend had Nvidia and he have been followed this steps and solved the refresh rate. I am using the AMD card now I don’t what to do on MAD, can anyone suggest on this issue and so that I can solve mine issue.
