Alice: Madness Returns - chapter 5 not working

I've recently been playing Alice (PC) and I'm loving the game. I've reached a part, the end of chapter 4, right after the talk with the queen, past the return to the asylum and the talk with what seems to be half of a doll with an oversized head. After this part I think I'm supposed to be thrown back into wonderland, but when the "loading" part appears, my game just keeps "loading" forever and when I try to quit the game it crashes. Can anyone please help me? Thanks in advance.

Well, to be honest, Alice Madness Returns is a full buggy type of game and stucks at anytime it wants to. In any case, have you tried to lower the settings of gameplay and check if that helps you out a bit from the stucking? You can also try to avoid watching game cutscenes and check whether it works for you or not.
