    Magicka - Gamepad control unwieldly

I am having some doubts in Magicka regarding the gamepad. Actually the gamepad is working properly. Therefore, you can have a player without problems with the keyboard + mouse and 3 with gaempads. Now the question arises that players using the gamepad can’t make use of normal elements half as quickly as player using the keyboard. Due to which the game can be not interesting. Maybe there would be more patches to release, but I just wanted to inform you all about this gamepad controls. I am hoping that there would be much better way to optimize gamepad controls soon. Talking about the story, I am not aware of it much. It would be appreciable if any members talks on that topic.

Before we talk in more concrete terms of Magicka, one can not mention his eccentric as unconventional narrative style, which is reflected also on the course of play. The adventure that will undertake the most stereotyped and typical of the classic fantasy scenario, with lots of goblins and bad guys on duty ready to threaten peace in the kingdom. But it is no coincidence that our hero to find himself facing a long and endless succession of photos: Magicka is a parody of bloody and bizarre fantasy and imagination, more generally, culture nerd: nice tribute to the great films of the past, video games, to, of course, the celebrated Dungeons & Dragons, are wasted. The attention to detail can be funny: in a battle to the death to defeat a giant troll, only to find the magic sword in a refrigerator, is priceless.

Master the arcane arts in Magicka is not exactly "instant" as it could be in any other action game or role-based magic. The game mechanics introduced by Arrowhead characters have much more complex than the simple and classic "bar" of spells, which, however, replacing a compendium of eight basic spells, selected via the keyboard, through which, after combining them, is effects can produce more or less complex and devastating.

The game, by its nature, relies on a steady longevity, with a campaign fun, varied and well thought out, along with a section dedicated to some small challenges, as well as the inevitable section multiplayer modes including a "challenge" and a Co-op. Unfortunately, however, especially in the latter mode, the game suffers from some bugs and glitches are not always pleasant. The bulk of these, at the time of this writing, has already been resolved by the timely intervention by programmers and, considering that from day one Magicka has been updated almost every day, many patches released so far make us well hope that most problems will be resolved in a reasonably short time. Be aware, however, that in the course of the game experience may attend occasional crash, a few small bug or some error graph (the stability of the engine, fortunately, has been arranged properly), especially if you're going to play with friends on the Internet fortunately, to kill time, you can always enjoy the multiplayer in LAN or Magicka - pleasant surprise - locally, for up to 4 players. In this regard, we note that the Arrowhead game developed by Game Studios is perfectly enjoyable with a gamepad, though, given the large amount of keys required to master the best spells, do not recommend the use of this device, except as a last choice.

Magicka is a very special game, lively and inspiring originality. Encourages experimentation and has the classical features of hack n slash from "5 more minutes". There's a good variety, the "colored" by a formula of the game really new and juice to its full potential. Many might find the learning curve a bit steep, but other than that (and some bugs in the online mode) Magicka has no flaws or excessive claims advances. Considering, then, the price at which it sold (only 10 €), everyone wanted something original, lighthearted but profound, or just fun, you should seriously consider purchasing.
