Two worlds 2 cant access chapter 1 even after validating serial key

I am having one issue with the Two World 2 which i have installed but while trying to run the game i am unable to get into the chapter one. I have installed the keygen also but getting the same. Issue i can not get into the first level. If any one having the solution for this issue then do let me know how to get rid of this issue. Thanks you.

If you are unable to get into the Chapter 1 then let me tell you that there is one workaround with the issue. First uninstall the complete game and also the Save Game file. Now again install the game as usual but make sure that Internet connection is turned off. Run the setup but do not enter the serial key in starting just select the Demo. Continue with the gameplay till then time it will not ask for the serial. Now run the keygen and enter the serial key now to activate the game. So if you can then go through the same and work with the issue.

And i am happy to get it working. But need to know more about this game. If you are can then let me know what are the cheats available for this game.
