Not able play Fifa 11 online with keyboard on Gamranger

I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Fifa 11 game application. the system is been supported by Windows 7. The issue is that when I try to play the game online using Gamranger I am not able to use the keyboard well with it. I do not know what could have been the reason. Please do help me out so that I can make the implementation to be worked.
