Play full map and missions in Mafia 2

I am the big fan of the Mafia games and recently updated my PC with the Mafia 2 and playing but there are some of the stages available which i am unable to complete. I need to Play full map and missions in Mafia 2 and for that i need your help. If any one is having any suggestion for the same then please let me know about it. A help may be appreciated. First of all thanks for the response regarding the issue which i have asked about. After going through your replies i found it easy to complete the mission easily. But let me tell you that i am not the nice player and use the cheat to complete the game. If you are having the cheats for this games then please provide me the same.
