Best ISP for Crysis in Mumbai

First of all I would like to tell you all that I love gaming and I usually play games for 2-3 hours everyday. So I just bought this new game called Crysis which is running smoothly on my pc but what I wanted to know was that ifI want to play this game on internet then which ISP will be the best in ping rates from international servers to local servers in Mumbai? I have tried our local pacific net but it gives me a ping rate of 300 and above sometimes. So can anyone help me in deciding what to choose. Thanks.

Do you only play Crysis or also play games like WOW and Counter Strike? What I have heard from many users that Airtel gives the best pings to servers that are local and as well as from Singapore. I will recommend you to go for either Tata or Mtnl becuase they have the lowest pings that I have seen so far, when I was playing CS on my friends computer. In any case, I suppose if you can reply back with the ip's of servers that you play then people here would be also interested to share thier ping results.

I also play Counter Strike Source on my pc and I usually get a ping rate of 250-300 and I am using a Hathway 512kbps plan that is unlimited for which I am paying Rs. 678. Usually, I have to search for servers that support high ping rates and have high latency difference because if I join a low latency server then I immediately get kicked out by the server admins, only if their was a way or a hack to play with ease in this speed would have been great.

I also agree that Mtnl is good but Bsnl are also very good broadband providers, and provide very good service, take your pick, incase if you live in the city I advice MTNL, else BSNL. A modem will generally costs you ~ 1200/1500 INR depending on the model/make etc. You can also share your computer, you would need a 9 port switch (~ 1200/1500 INR), ethernet cables.
